10:30pm :: The Denver Funk Mob :: Denver FUNK Mob is the newest and funkiest band to hit the Denver scene. DFM plays a hard-driving, intense, and musically thoughful brand of funk reminescent of the late 60s/early 70s-era underground funk movement. The Mob blends a tasty selection of orginal music with a choice collection of sometimes familiar, always funky classic arrangements. The band features veteran funk drummer James, a tight, yet adventurous rhythm section in Marco and Nate, and the boisterous horn section of Scott, Jeff and BJ.
